Kapso is experiencing a production incident caused by a suspected external Meta/WhatsApp Business Platform disruption. Impacted areas may include inbound and outbound WhatsApp messages, webhook delivery, automations/flows triggered by WhatsApp events, media messages, and customer conversations.
