Service has returned to normal. Intermittent request and worker errors ended, and delayed WhatsApp message processing cleared by 21:45 UTC. We continue to investigate the underlying cause with our providers.

Starting at approximately 21:25 UTC, we experienced intermittent errors affecting requests and message processing. The strongest impact lasted until 21:29 UTC. Isolated worker errors continued until 21:33 UTC, and some WhatsApp messages experienced processing delays until 21:45 UTC. We are investigating connectivity and delayed processing with our providers; the underlying cause has not yet been confirmed.
